2015  NFCC TENNIS REGULATIONS

Tennis Hours:
The tennis courts are available for play 8:00 a.m. to 9:00p.m. We encourage reservations for early and late play to allow proper maintenance on the courts.

Reservations:
Court time is available for reservation anytime.  We encourage all players to call the Tennis Hut to ensure court availability for last minute reservations.  Singles play is limited to one hour during prime time and doubles is limited to an hour and a half if players are waiting.

Prime Time:
Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. is considered prime time.  Non-prime time singles play may be extended to an hour and a half reservation when necessary.  During prime time a parent must accompany juniors under the age of 16.

Weekly Round Robins:
Monday mornings between 9:30am and 11:00am all courts are reserved for Ladies' Doubles Round Robin.
Monday evenings between 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. all courts are reserved for Men's Doubles Round Robin.

Guest Policy:
Non-members may be invited to the tennis courts with a member.                                      Guest Fees are $13.00 per person.

Dress Code:
Playing attire must be tennis wear.  No jean shorts.  Swimsuits, cut-offs, muscle shirts, and tank tops are unacceptable.  We encourage members to supervise junior tennis player's dress code.  Running or jogging shoes will not be allowed on the courts due to the coarse treads, which damages the Har-Tru surface.

Maintenance:
When the tennis courts are unsuitable for play the reservation sheet will so indicate.  Only a member of the Tennis Staff is allowed to open the courts when play is allowed.  From time-to-time a court may be closed for repairs and watering.  The watering schedule is 3:00p.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily.
