Shawna Macfarlane brings a unique combination of skills and qualifications to the Niagara Falls Country Club. She is a former collegiate athlete coming from a strong junior resume in the United States. With 39 years of experience as the Director of Tennis with our club and a long-time association with the USTA as a community tennis leader, Shawna has seen all sides of the tennis world.
Our members and guests can enjoy a professional-quality match on Har-Tru courts and a host of other amenities throughout the tennis program. A variety of round robins, instructional programs and private lessons are available, led by Shawna and her team. Fun-filled junior play days and family-focused clinics provide a great way to learn the sport.
As Director of Instruction, Shawna brings over 45 years of coaching experience with a passion for teaching. She loves to see her students enjoying the game. Joining her on court will be Ryan McQueeney with special appearances by Elaina Jowdy, Robbie Macfarlane, and Tessa Macfarlane, who all share the same passion for teaching and fun!
